Division : Key account manager  Location Pondicherry or Chennai   Role summary The candidate can have 10 to 15 years of Experience in International Sales pref. from US and Europe geographies of market and should from e-publishing background (pref. sales with clients like springer and Elsevier).  - To identify and create customers (publishers, eLearning companies, corporate and Government) for Integra's services and products in Print & Digital and eLearning services in the strategic areas identified.  - Be a Key account manager for the new Key Accounts assigned by VP Key account manager and support VP Key account manager in performing the role of a Key account manager in the Key Accounts directly held by him by performing the tasks assigned by VP Key account manager for the said Accounts.  - To support VP Key account manager in winning - Back Home- customers by market research, analysis of information, tracking customer updates etc and performing tasks as assigned by VP Key account manager.  - This will be done by market research, analysis, offering appropriate solutions and services by taking the expertise of the practice heads of Integra and winning business for Integra.   - Will be responsible to achieve the targeted, inflows and the growth plans as assigned by VP Key account manager .  - Will perform tasks as assigned by VP Key account manager   Organizational   Structure  Show the immediate organisation, above and below: also attach a fuller org chart.  Key Accountabilities :   (About 5 important ones) What are the most important deliverables and outputs/outcomes the role is primarily responsible for-   - Will be responsible for performing market research, analysis, and initiate proactive unsolicited proposals by identifying appropriate solutions and services by taking the expertise of the practice heads of Integra and winning business for Integra in the new geographies assigned by VP Key account manager.  - Mines customer interaction data for the business intelligence that enables the building of effective customer strategies.  - Produces lead reports and documents important customer opportunities; ensures action is taken and leads are followed through.  - Provides input into strategic marketing activities for new products and enhancements to existing products based on customer needs in the strategic focus areas  - Other roles as per Key account manager R&R for accounts assigned by VP Key account manager.  Authority :   - Influence over Resources What authority or influence does the role have over people, money, systems, budgets, expertise N.B. For some roles, the incumbent's expertise is the main resource.  - The incumbent's Technical understanding and presentation skills will be critical for opening the door for Integra's DeLs & Print Services & Products on whom likes of Mahesh and other practice heads can latch onto for Digital and print services and products market expansion  - Demonstrated market research and analytical capabilities combined with the presentation and selling skills will be key in favorably influencing the prospects towards Integra's services and products.  - The incumbent's strategic outlook will go a long way to support achieving successes in the Strategic Business areas for VP Key account manager  - Knowledge sharing and solutions support from DeLs and practice heads will be a key factor  - The role will support VP key account manager in all rfi and rfp processes and any other tasks as assigned by VP key account manager  Authority for Change What can the role actually change- What changes can they initiate-   The role is key to VP key account manager operate at level 3 and influence success in achieving the strategic areas assigned to VP key account manager.  Internal :   External : Interaction Who is the natural work team internally- Who in the external world does the role-holder have to influence-   Internal : Practice Heads, DeLs & Publishing operations teams (in India as well as the geographies assigned), Integra's Strategic Business partners, MKF, Facilities and IT teams & MD's office  External: Digital /IT team of Publishers, ELT companies, Government companies and others where Integra's product and services can be offered.
