Position : Director PPP Advisory  ROLE SUMMARY  She/he will be responsible for leading and strengthening the PPP Advisory practice - which will include upstream policy and regulatory advisory (mainly to ministries and multilateral agencies), and Project and Transaction Advisory support to PPP projects. Projects would cut across infrastructure sectors such as Energy, Transport and Urban.   Responsibilities   Develop, lead and execute business plans and strategic initiatives for the PPP Advisory practice  Build and manage a book of business in his/her domain area, by developing client relationships, generating and pursuing leads, and effective pitches and proposals to achieve set business goals.  Lead a team in developing and executing consulting assignments in the PPP sector (PPP policy, project feasibility and structuring, bid process and transaction management, concession agreements, etc).   Experience  10 - 15 years of overall experience, including a significant stint in PPP consulting (at least 6-8 years).   He/ she should have successfully led large and prestigious mandates in the areas of PPP across sectors, and managed a business portfolio.   Skills  Strong business acumen and strategic orientation  Proven skills around strategy execution Strong client relationship development and management skills   Ability to identify business opportunity and convert it into a mandate  Strong project conceptualization, planning and analytical skills  Deep client relationship and management skills  Strong communication skills (written and oral)  Team and leader  Strong communication skills (written and oral)
