Ad Director (8-12 yrs)  The candidate should have a minimum of 12-15 years of work experience  Job details :  - Work closely with the Publisher and the Group Publishing Director to create the revenue achievement strategy for the brand.  - To understand individual client needs and arrive at innovative brand solutions that span across the print/ digital/ video and our on ground offerings.  - Conceptualize new revenue streams and concepts and collaborate with the editorial, promotions and the marketing teams for a seamless execution.  - Lead a team of high energy sales professionals- guide them towards target achievements  - To prepare publishing plans and annual budgets for the Company and to monitor performance against these plans and budgets.  - To facilitate the best possible relationships with people and institutions within the industry; to encourage the involvement of the highest quality collaborators in our work.  Requirements :  - A well rounded exposure to the luxury advertising business  - Comprehensive knowledge of fashion and lifestyle   - Prior experience in leading a team of high performing people  - Experience of the publishing industry is desirable but not necessary  - Cultural Fitment - Should be well versed and comfortable with the luxury and fashion space
