It strives to fulfill a client's core needs with the right offer.  Considered as having the best national data collection infrastructure, state-of-the-art Business Process Outsourcing set up, wide experience spanning 21 sectors and an international product portfolio, client is the choice of the leading organizations in both the consumer & social segments.  Employees: 13,000 worldwide  Global reach: operates in more than 100 countries worldwide  Position : Director Account Management - Telecom Handset / Mobile Segment ( Team Handling Role )  Location : Gurgaon  CTC : 30lac to 40lac ; depending upon current CTC, experience, education, interview status etc.  Job Specification :  Job Responsibility ( delivered through team / Team's KRAs ) :  Account Service & Sales:  - Ensure contract renewals are planned on time.  - Ensure rate card and rate card policies are adhered to at all times  - Provide timely and reliable proposals to the Country Manager on new client initiatives and communicate with Regional  - Where appropriate, assist the Country Manager in the selling and negotiating of contracts to new and existing clients.  - Establish, develop and maintain profitable relationships with high-level client contacts  - Assists the Accounts Department and communicate with clients if needed on any unpaid invoices.  - Contact and meet with existing and potential clients and correctly represent the Company by clearly explaining who we are and w hat we do, conducting her or himself in a dignified and courteous manner and presenting a neat and professional appearance.  - Establish, develop and maintain positive working relationships with client contacts at all levels at all times.  - Maintain a consistent servicing schedule with all clients and ensure all materials used for the service are thoroughly checked and accurate.  - Document all requests and comments made by clients to ensure timely feedback and follow-up actions and escalate to Account Director  - Ensure that the appropriate level of service and support is provided to maximize client retention and contract renewals.  - Continually innovate, develop and suggest enhancements to the client servicing function such as new methods of analysis or service techniques.  - Ability to deliver high quality presentations to clients and retailers where required.  - Assist in the training of new Client Service personnel on software applications and client servicing techniques.  Data Quality :   - Fully responsible for product data quality.  - Ensure full knowledge of client retail audit methodologies and definitions, fully understand and apply the data control procedures and techniques, as documented by the client Research department, ensure consistent data output and thoroughly understand the product manual.  - Responsible for maintaining the deadlines set for data control submission and ensuring that all data submitted to Operations is confirmed received and follow up until all data files are received.  - Plan and set, in consultation with the Field Manager, market visits to learn how data is collected and the universe checked, and to increase channel and product awareness.  - Whenever needed, propose and discuss possible recruitment methods through existing commercial experiences.  - Maintain a positive working relationship with the other Client Service and Field personnel at all times.  Sales & Marketing :   - Identify potential improvements to product sales and marketing and discuss possible strategies with Country Manager and Regional. Attend product seminars and / or product launches where possible.  - Identify new product categories to audit and other profitable new business opportunities by keeping up to date on industry activities and engaging in discussions with personnel from relevant departments on potential market size and key players. Discuss findings with the Country Manager and Regional.  - Continually innovate, develop and suggest enhancements to existing products and pricing structure with a view to always being "one step ahead of our competitors  - Fully understand the regulations on rate card policy.  - Ensure members of the media are provided with meaningful and insightful market research data, as appropriate, to help the company achieve maximum favorable press coverage.  Market Knowledge:  - Maintain up to date market knowledge on all product categories audited by undertaking regular market visits, at least once a wee k, to keep abreast of the current and future market offerings, and regularly performing model comparisons to build a high level of product knowledge.  - Keep up to date on changes in the universe by product category by consulting with the Field department.  - Understand the channel definition, track existing channels and monitor the development of new channels.  - Inform the Country Manager distribution changes in the country in order to guarantee continuous tracking of all major distribution channels.   - Become the company e xpert on the specified product categories.   Experience :   - Full Time Post graduate.  - The candidate should possess 15 yrs to 25 years experience bracket with a reputed market research agency into primary research preferably quantitative research into mobile / telecom handset segment.   - Candidates from the mobile / telecom handset segment.
