The Employer:
The employer is a Singapore based start-up that proposes to launch a virtual global marketplace of services and products related to providing care for elderly and children. It will create full service access for communities to engage with each other. It will empower the informal service providers by creating and developing a skill base through structured training, certification and verification. It would facilitate enhanced access and opportunity for caregivers, care-seekers and associated suppliers of products and services to work with each other in a structured professional environment.
For its operations, the company is interested in bringing on board an experienced digital marketing professional to join the team as:
Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
- The selected candidate will develop and manage all digital marketing, including online, email and mobile messaging.
- He/she will be responsible to identify and develop the content and ensure that the company’s image and messages are clearly articulated and consistently communicated externally.
- He/She will use the latest tools to enhance the company’s e-communications, maximize online capabilities, promote use of the website, create and manage channels and alliances, and manage and analyze member/user/client data.
Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have:
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, New Media or related field.
- At least 6 years of online marketing/ digital marketing strategy experience.
- Online marketing experience in particular with SEO and SEM
- Experience in ecommerce, email marketing, e- auction and social media.
- Expert knowledge of the latest analytics solutions and methodologies
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and best practices.
- Passion for data interpretation and optimisation
