Core Responsibilities:  Digital Marketing:  - The candidate will be expected to own and be responsible for driving specific parts of the Digital marketing initiatives.   - Working closely with other teams, he/she will be charged with leading planning, campaign design, execution, measurement, and optimization of search engine marketing initiatives to deliver clearly defined digital marketing objectives.  - Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.  - Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.  - Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns  - Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and PPC.  - Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.  - Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.  - Managing the redesign of the company website.  - Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website  - Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing  - Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.  - Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.  Job Requirements:  - The ideal candidate should be highly motivated with a demonstrated track record of strong academic and professional performance.  - The position requires someone who is very proficient with Internet Marketing [SEM] best practices, is a strong communicator and influencer, possesses superior analytical skills and is comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced global environment.  - 3 -5 years of professional experience, incl. at least 3 years of Internet Marketing experience with a proven track record in developing and executing marketing campaigns at different scale  - Intimate understanding of key internet marketing metrics [CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, etc.], SEM variables [Quality Score, Ad Rank, etc.] and Performance measures [esp. Lead-Gen and On-Site Conversions] and the ability to recognize how they might impact campaigns and business  - Marketing technology savvy and comfortable using Paid Search management tools [Adwords, AdCenter, Facebook power editor, SEM tools providers]   - Skill in identifying and executing against different campaign optimization strategies and techniques  - Strong project management skills, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on judgment   - Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.  - Experience in eCommerce, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.  - Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.  - Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint  - Superior oral and written communication skills, incl. comfort presenting to senior executives   - Strong analytical skills and ability to extract actionable insight from large quantity of data   - Fun, energetic and collaborative personality with self-starter approach to work  Education:  - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in math, economics, engineering, or related discipline preferred
