Required skill / Qualification / Experience:

Education:

- Masters in a numerate subject such as Mathematics, Operational Research, Business Administration, Economics etc. from Premier Institute

Experience:

- 3-8 Years exposure to Financial Services (No Non BFSI)

- Candidate should have worked in any of the following domain (Credit Cards, Retail bank, Mortgage, Lending / liability product) must

Skills:

Analytical Skills:

- Hands-on working with big data tools

- Proficient in Formulating Analytical methodology, identifying trends and patterns with data

- Business Impact Analysis

- Hypothesis testing, Knowledge of Segmentation

- Basic Knowledge of predictive modeling

- Simple Optimization

- Tools and Platforms:

- Proficient in SAS, SQL, SAS JMP / Knowledge Seeker

- Familiarity with Tableau

- Proficient in using Adobe Site Catalyst / Omniture / Adobe Analytics

- Understanding of dealing with Big data ( coding in Java, Python, etc.)

Domain Skills:

In depth understanding of Customer lifecycle Management within the financial services domain ( Cards, Retail bank, Mortgage, Lending / liability product):
