Job role and responsibilities :

- Responsible for complete operation of fabrication activity at works as well as site.

- Responsible for managing a team of technical staffs to handle and organize planning & manufacturing facility.

- Planning production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products in coordination with weekly / monthly production schedules.

- Follow up with supplier/vendors to ensure timely delivery of bought-outs and services so as to reach project timelines & cost.

- Technical interaction for specific projects with consultant/client for getting approvals and development of new projects. Preparation of technical presentation, constant client interaction, developing business and Interact with marketing, engineering, subcontractors, and the manufacturing team during all stages of the production to identify any bottlenecks or clarification

- Manufacturing Support for complete facility including: fixture design, capital equipment procurement, method and process engineering, estimating, and outsourcing decisions.

- Understanding of fabrication drawing.

- Having experience into welding, CNC Machines, fabrication.

1) Candidates background from heavy fabrication / heavy industrial equipments.

Salary Range: 13 - 18 LPA
