Diageo India - Big Data Archiect

- Experience developing with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark

- Experience with Traditional BI technologies including Data Warehousing, Kimball Models/Star Schemas, Microsoft SQL Server,

Desired: Experience with Azure Cortana business intelligence suite including Azure Data Factory, HDInsights, Hive, Spark, .net, C#, PowerShell, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake Store, Data Catalog and PowerBI

Big Data Architect / Developer

- Understanding of End to End BI/DW Development and Operations Life Cycle Analyze functional business requirements to develop big data pipelines in Azure Data Factory, HDInsights and Hive/Spark

- Document Big Data architecture patterns, best practices, and developer runbooks Design, develop/prepare and conduct Unit testing

- Act as subject matter expert / resident architect of key big data technologies for the Diageo Analytics Center of Excellence

Required Skills :

- Experience of handling complex business requirements in BI reporting and creating intuitively designed solutions

- Good experience on reporting tool PowerBI

- Good understanding of enterprise design concepts: reusability, continuous integration, security/rbac, scheduling, monitoring, etc
