Key Tasks, Accountability and Responsibilities :

Key Tasks :

- Max. 5" Manage/Support Projects related to Supply Chain Business Analysis in area of Transport design Solutions for Global Customer

- Setup defined different Network Configurations

- Design and evaluate multiple Supply Chain Scenarios Solutions specific to Customer Requirements

- Preparation of results with internal/external customer

Key Accountability :

- Project quality in area of Transport solution design

- Verification of transportation data profile

- Recommendations of optimal network, payload and route

- Recommendations of transport cost solution

Responsibilities Measurement Criteria / KPIs :

Customer :

- Maintains effective relationship with customers Net Promoter Score (NPS)

- Focus on customer needs and gain their commitment E: NPS - 0, T: NPS - 25, M: NPS - 50

- Acknowledge and resolve Customer queries

- Constraint based Network modeling

Requirements for the Job :

Divisional Experience :

- Data Analysis and representation

- Effective visualization development

- Client Management & cross culture adaptation

- Transport Operations & Design

Functional Experience :

- 3-5 years of experience in Transport Solution Design and Analytics.

- Knowledge of Transport Operations/Design is desirable

- Exposure of working on warehouse/Network design tools like CAST,iLOG, SC Guru

- Expert level knowledge of MS Excel is a must

- Knowledge of BI Tools like Tableau would be an added advantage
