Executive Assitant ( Sales & Marketing) to Vice Chairman  Urgently looking for a Executive Assistant to Vice Chairman based at Mumbai with one of reputed group of companies. Candidate must have similar experience of least 4 to 5 years in EA role, with a exposure to Sales & Marketing, worked with good reputed company. We need people who are previously or currently reporting to Top Management of the company only.   Qualification : MBA (Marketing) from premier Institute/IIMs or BE/B.Tech from NITs/IIT's or BE+MBA(most preferred)   Job Description :-   - Analyses various reports received by the Chairman's office and provides him summary reports for same.   - Regularly monitors & reports to the Chairman about the progress of strategic initiatives, business performance, and key performance metrics and highlights significant deviations.   - Assists the Chairman in business strategy through research, information gathering and data analytics.   - Assists the Chairman in monitoring Sales & Marketing team. Taking followups from Area Heads regarding prospective customers, weekly/monthly sales figures, any assignments assigned to them.   - Analysis of the global market entry & growth strategies of leading competitors.   - Represent to CEO in various business meeting, as required.  Please mention your present CTC, expected CTC and notice period details with the application (requisite details for application to be considered)
