Profile:  - Incumbent will be a key participant in the development of corporate strategic directions and plans, partnering with senior executives, and business staff to develop strategic directions for the business units.  - Should have very strong ability to gather, synthesize, and analyse customer, competitor, and financial data across markets and industries and organize it for easy access across the organization.  - Create work plans to deliver key business impact on high priority issues.  - Research solutions, frameworks and methodologies to address specific project needs  - Develop models/dashboards; handle market segmentation/sizing and competitive analysis  - Generate creative, action-oriented insights and recommendations.  - Facilitate joint problem-solving with mid-level and senior-level business partners.  - Author and delivering high-impact presentations and plans.  - Work closely with business units to implement recommendations  Desired Profile:  - MBA required from a premier institute.  - 8+ years work experience in business analysis, and/or strategy/management consulting.  - Ability to identify information sources, analyse and synthesize data independently is required. Excellent research skills plus the ability to present and communicate ideas in both written and oral forms.  - Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, work cross-functionally and think both critically and strategically.
