Service Delivery Manager / Deputy General Manager – Quality – Business Consulting

Looking for Black Belt Certified Business / Process Consulting Specialist with minimum of 8+ years of experience.

Responsible for:

Stakeholder Relationship

- Manage relationships with the client team members.

Set Expectations & Values

- Continually work with manager and client team members to set expectations re. deliverable progress.

Project Management

- Develop / Manage project plan.

- Report project status.

- People management – supervise project team.

- Manage client expectations and day-to-day issue resolution.

Strategy Performance

- Understand client requirements and define the approach for the project.

- Drive solution identification & implementation.

Process Performance

- Lead core business and process analysis independently.

- Consolidate inputs from various team members/multiple tracks.

- Provide comprehensible management level synthesis of work at all times.

- Manage end to end project delivery in terms of timeliness and quality of deliverables.

Increase Sales

- Contribute to proposals including effort estimates for project work.

- Pre-sales and post-sales support.

- Creating domain collaterals.

Vertical Industry Knowledge

- Industry Research.

- Gain expertise in a functional area.

Desired Candidates Profile:

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

- BB certification and >2 years of experience in a BB role.

- Graduate in any discipline and Post graduation (preferred).

- Exposure to working onshore or with onshore clients is desirable.

- Experience in training delivery (Green Belt/Lean training).

- Excellent knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.

- Basic project management ability.

- Ability to act as a team lead.

- Ability to mentor/develop subordinates.

- Intermediate customer relationship management skills.

- Basic ability to identify new business opportunities.
