We have a job opening for one of our firm company which is into Pharma Industry (Injectables)   Work Location : SITE: Vizag or other location in India  Salary : as per the company standards  MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   - Implements a robust Supplier Relationship Management program that ensures the highest quality, minimizes risks and maximizes value from our suppliers.   - Ensures supplier quality is embedded in the regional strategic sourcing process with appropriate governance and performance measures.   - Works closely with the pharma company Supplier Quality group to ensure continuity and drive quality initiatives within company supply base and ensure that the company is meeting regulatory compliance and commitments. This will include reviewing the supply chain quality risks, monitoring “Critical” suppliers in terms of quality compliance and implementing solutions to mitigate risks as appropriate.   Understands supplier capabilities and identifies opportunities for supplier development and alternate sourcing programs. Works across the organization, initially with all India plants to ensure program effectiveness.   Skills and Experience:   - Five or more years of operations experience with 2-3 years in Quality.   - Experience in a regulated industry (i.e. pharmaceutical, food) preferred.   - Expertise with LEAN and Kaizen initiatives, Six Sigma Black or Green Belt Qualification; Master Black Belt preferred. Thorough understanding of Root Cause Analysis methodologies.   - Demonstrates skillful application of Supplier operational performance and quality management, contract execution and management, project management skills, negotiating and influencing strategy.   - Prior supervisory experience would be a plus.   - Strategic Quality expertise; strategic ability to develop high impact sourcing strategies to enhance Supplier Quality.
