About our Client - Our client is a premium player in the Durables industry. Well established, they are now turning their attention to deepening their B2C footprint. They offer a wide range of multi usage products mainly to B2B and B2C. They are poised to grow their B2C arm rapidly and need a strong DGM Sales & Marketing to fuel and sustain the growth for India
Job Description - Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the incumbent would be responsible for:
- Building a new vertical with overall responsibility of Sales, Distribution, Product Development and Business Development for a new vertical. Product will be B2C.
- Develop appropriate marketing strategy, brand building for its new line of products which may be in different streams.
- Taking care of the Channel Sales & distribution management
- Closely work with Cross-functions i.e. Plant Operations, R&D etc.
- Candidate should have an ability to build a distribution/ dealer network.
- Demonstrate Strong Leadership
- To be able to build a team gradually
- Have Brand building Capability in a cost effective manner.
- Have effective communication, interpersonal and team management skills
The Successful Candidate -
- 10-15 years of sales & marketing experience post MBA
- Multi regional experience preferred
- Brand management & Innovation experience
- Experience of building and managing a team
- Alliances & Event management
