Job Profile:

1. To co-ordinate the launch of new vehicles, lead a team of engineers involved on cross-functional team handling launch of different vehicles, projects which are running in parallel. Ensure quality derivable as needed by Mahindra Product Development system/ APQP or met by all functions (PD/VD/Service/SQA/Mfg./Mfg Engg. Systems).

2. To drive the implementation of MQS (Mahindra Quality systems) across the organisation and will be responsible for establishing the product acceptance standard in the vehicle assembly plant, which would be develop in consultation with PD & Mfg. Engg.

Person Profile

Qualifications: B.E. Mechanical

Age (in yrs.): 32-35yrs

Experience: 12– 15 yrs.

Specific desirable experiences/ preferred knowledge areas: ISO/TS quality systems, knowledge about APQP/PPAP., Product Development Systems, DFMEA, Design Reviews, Structural Part developments systems.
