- SPOC for office interior fit-out project
Experience:
- 12-15 years of overall experience.
- 5-6 years of office interior fit-out project more than 3,00,000 Sq. ft. Projects
- PM/CM Specialization will help
Interaction with Consultants/ Clients/ Contractor
Qualifications:
Qualification: BE (Civil) / B.Arch.
- Steering project activities including Design Management, Tendering, Contractors Selection, Execution, Testing & Commissioning and Close-out
Organisations from:
- Client / Consultants / Contractor
- MNC company experience will be preferred
- Completed at least 2 large office interior fit-out projects (2,00,000.00 Sq. ft.) as Project Lead
Functional Skills:
- Sound knowledge of Project Execution.
Leadership skills:
- Ability to handle a team of 12 to 15 people.
Any other:
- Good communication skills. Conversant in MS Projects & MS Office.
Summary of Role: Project Management in the field preferably large scale office interior fit-out projects for corporate client
