About our Client - Our client is an Indian MNC and a leader in the pharmaceutical space. They currently employ over 3000 employees in India and internationally. They are currently looking for a DGM - Plant HR Generalist for their plant in Aurangabad.

Job Description - Reporting into the GM - HR, your responsibilities will include:

- Promote corporate culture, core values and strategies

- Work as business partner with all employees and function heads (local and regional)

- Review and propose all HR policies and process and execute the required policies and process and make the successful implementation

- Build, coach and develop HR team - Talent acquisition including campus recruitment and program set up for interns Communication

- Promote public relationship with external parties including government authorities and local political leaders

- Lead and implement HR project/programs and work with the corporate HR team to complete projects and improve process and policies.

HR Administration:

- Manage HR Administration including daily administration (office & plant), monthly payroll, annually incentives, mandatory benefits, insurance brokers, annual budget, monthly reports and approve related expenses

The Successful Candidate:

- The successful applicant will come with 12-15 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a Plant Manufacturing set up.

- Exposure to driving end to end HR initiatives at the Plant and handling IR issues as required are needed for this role.

- You should posses knowledge of labor laws & related HR government regulations in India. Good spoken and written English and Marathi skills are a must for this role.
