Revenue & commission collection, vendor accounts receivable and bad debts within targets.  - Demonstrated ability to influence a broad spectrum of individuals to achieve business goals Skilled at process management  - Structuring and selecting staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities. Motivating and retaining staff to perform and achieve operational excellence.  - Provide the highest level of in teal and excel customer service Management of strategic projects within Operations Work closely with other strategic initiatives within business to ensure success of implementation in operations   - Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
