Formulating a risk assessment policy in consultations with management for effective Risk Assessment of various Tender documents / contracts and suggest mitigation plan with following aspects :  - Country Risk / Political Risk.  - Customer Risk.  - Commercial / payment Risk.  - Contractual Risk  - Legal Jurisdiction Risk.  - Develop company's Standard General Terms and Conditions for high value tenders as guidelines.  - Develop company's Standard Work Order / Purchaser Order / General term and conditions with boilerplate clauses, for back to back Sub-Contracting, procurement of Goods and services.  - Standardisation of check list and due diligence forms before appointment of agents / TPR's, Contractors, Service Providers (KYC forms), which will be helpful with regulatory point of view and potential litigation.  - Automated mechanism / prior reminders for tracking and advance alerts in litigations and potential litigations.
