- Person would be responsible for conceptualising, implementing and institutionalising the various Learning Frameworks for effective management of business and development of employee across the organization
- Conduct Structured Training and Gap analysis, design learning path, facilitate and set tracking mechanism to measure training effectiveness.
- Devise and implement strategies aimed at ensuring successful trainings in conjunction with the stakeholders
- Link Training Plans with the organization Competencies.
- Manage allocation and deployment of resources, delegation and empowerment to minimise operation issues.
- Continuous improvement of ROI on learning & development interventions.
