DGM-IT SOURCING

We are looking a person for DGM-IT SOURCING FOR ONE OF THE LEADING TELECOM ORGANISATION

Location : Gurgaon-Corporate

First Preference IT Industry candidates only.

CTC max goes 27-28 Lacs

- Develop Request for information, Request for proposal, Request for quotation, Scope Of Work, KPIs and SLAs for all major areas of spend utilizing company procedures and templates.

- Develop and implement commodity strategies and establish and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure successful implementation and support.

- Manage supplier development/relationships to ensure continuity of goods and services that meet the quality, service and price performance standards of the company

- Develop negotiation strategies and drive negotiations to achieve stated goals and objectives

- Drive improvement of procurement efficiency and effectiveness based on Six Sigma guidelines

- Remain current with market trends through relationships with suppliers and market experts; identify and communicate new technologies and solutions to key problems in the assigned spend areas

- Lead cross-functional negotiating teams targeting key spend categories.

- Lead all contract management/purchasing regulatory and compliance activities including development of policies and procedures; review and testing of control procedures to ensure their effectiveness; review and testing of compliance with Supply Chain department policies and procedures.

- Ensure controls are effective relative to third party service providers through review of reports and other documents; and through development of other audit controls; and periodic testing to ensure all controls are effective.

- Manage Internal and Statutory Audits with highest possible level of compliances.

Minimum of 10 years of purchasing experience including managing suppliers in a Buyer/Manager role with demonstrated success at improving delivery, developing and implementing cost reductions, and increasing quality performance.
