Job Role   - Manage Internal Audit Partners by effectively reviewing their work and conducting quarterly governance meetings.   - Manage execution of the IA Plan for the year through the Audit Partners.   - Build strong relationship with various business unit heads and apprise them on audit related matters, periodically.   - Assist in managing the Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Financial Controls program for the Company.   - Drive projects to enhance control environment within the Company.   - Keep updated on the key changes in the industry.   - Implement leading practices in areas of IA, ERM and IFC.   - Drive projects related to control self assessment and Continuous Controls Monitoring.   Functional Specifications   - Experience in formulating risk based internal audit plan for the year.   - Expertise in leading and managing Internal Audits.   - Strong experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Internal Financial Controls (IFC).   - Implementation of leading practices in areas of Internal Audits, ERM and IFC.   - Experience in Telecom Industry.   - Proven ability to manage Internal Audits and related assignments in a co-sourced Internal Audit model.   - Strong Analytical skills.   - Excellent presentation & communication skills.   - Extensive experience in engaging with senior leadership teams.   Required Experience -8-12 yrs out of which 2-3 yrs preferably in Telecom industry   Qualification- CA
