Company: A leading manufacturer of Steel and Alloys; Present for more than Five decades.  Reporting: Role Reports to Vice President HR (Head of HR function for the Group)  Responsibilities:  - Drive Talent Acquisition for Junior - Mid Senior Level Staff (White collar Employees.)  - Support Vice President HR in execution of complete Performance Management System cycle.  - Responsible for Complete HR Operations - Payroll & Compliances, F&F Cases, On boarding and R&R Policy.  - Responsible for complete statutory compliances under HR.  - Guiding and supporting Factory HR Head on various Industrial relation issues under the policy framework.  - Audit factories for various HR process in order to bring effectiveness and efficiency into the System.  - Coordinate with advocates for various ongoing legal cases.  - Liaison with Govt authorities at state level and represent company at various forums and meetings.  Language: Knowledge of Odiya is must along with English and Hindi.  - Candidates having exposure of Factory and Corporate office would be ideal.   However candidates having sound experience at Factory level and aspiring to move into corporate role can also apply.  Interested candidates forward CV along with present salary details
