- Design PMS process

- Driving education on PMS for existing & new employees

- Driving PMS across organisation

- Goal Setting
- Mid Term Review
- Annual Review
- Expectation Management

- Awareness programme on Performance feedback

- Monitoring focus area for continuous improvement

Candidate Profile: MBAs/PGs with 7-11 years from premier institute passout with relevant experience in HR.

Must have good exposure in PMS .
