Major Responsibilities
- Setout and implement the Vertical strategy to drive Key Business KPIs of the Govt Vertical
- Achieving DB targets through a team of accounts managers by driving targets on a monthly, Quarterly & yearly targets
- Forge relationships with Sr officials of Govt machinery to influence decision making in favour
- Understand and fully map the Govt potential for the Circle
- Focus on Contract Renewal of all product and services
- Meeting senior level staff at clients side and doing presentation / discussions / negotiations at a later stage of a sales cycle as the case gets matured
- Collaborate with CS/ Fulfillment and relevant team to drive customer satisfaction and address escalations.
- Tracking competitive activities
- Team management to drive results and motivation
- Facilitate intra departmental support for Sales deliverables viz. pre-sales, service delivery, operations etc
a) Essential Qualifications:
b) Additional Qualifications - BE/ MBA from a premier institute
c) Requisite Skills:
Technical - Telecom Exposure (Preferable)
Functional
- Should possess experience / exposure to Government Agencies, Ministries and their DMUs
- Should have sound knowledge and experience of selling Telecom Products
- Should be able to achieve growth of the business
