Lead - Warehouse, DGM/GM  - Responsible for all the function of Warehouse department and support production department to execute the production plans.  - Graduate (preferably Science)  - Diploma in Pharmacy or Diploma in Materials Management.  - 12 to 16 years  - Experience in warehouse department of a pharmaceutical formulation unit.  - Incharge of the Warehouse department - Raw Materials, Packing Materials and finished goods  - To ensure that all procedures with respect to cGMP and Safety are in place.  - To ensure the timely support to production department to execute the production plans.  - Periodical training for all the employees in warehouse including contract work men.  - Maintain the material stocks as per the standard norms and tally with the stock cards.   - Coordination with other related departments - SCM, Manufacturing, Engineering, administration QA/QC, Excise, Finance and ensure the smooth material flow.  - Submission of MIS report as and when required.   - Timely revision of all Warehouse related SOPs.   - To control the non-moving Inventory in coordinate with SCM department.   - To ensure the discipline in the department by way of encouraging the good work and discouraging any abnormalities.  - To ensure timely dispatch of finished goods in co-ordination with Excise, SCM, QA, Logistic departments.  - Any new warehouse project to be completed in a timely manner by taking care of technical specification and cGMP requirements.   - To supervise the department staff and ensure the company rules& regulations are followed by everyone.   - To follow the good warehousing practices.  - Handling of all Regulatory and Customer audits  - To co-ordinate with HR department for any new recruitment and train them as per company policy.   - Any other jobs assigned by the management as and when required.   Must have Experience:  - Warehouse operation in a Pharmaceutical formulation unit. Knowledge of good warehousing practices, Cen.
