Tax Planning/Strategy

- Review business requirements & develop tax strategies in tandem with the same.

- Work towards effective & efficient tax planning & management keeping in view company's M business interests.

Tax Assessments /Appeals /Litigation

- Handle tax assessment & appeal matters & represent before the various Tax Authorities & Assessing officers for assessment

- Monitor & track the progress of Assessments & Provide tax litigation support.

Tax Compliances

- To ensure that all the tax related compliances are managed effectively including timely submission of various returns, details etc in coordination with Internal & External agencies.
