- Solid exposure and understanding of the LatAm markets (min- 4-5 years exposure)

- Strong leadership and commercial acumen

- Track record of building business on Prescription/OTC/Tender business in LatAm

- Spanish speaking

- Excellent team management and building capabilities

- Understanding of P&L responsibility
