DGM/GM - Planning - Construction/Real Estate

- Exerprince Should be 15 to 22 Yrs with BE/B.Tech Civil also NICMAR

- Review Contract, B.O.Q. and Drawings.

- Prepare baseline construction Schedule; provide the necessary Critical path, executive summary.

- To create a complete resource and cost loaded program.

- To create integrated project Baseline with inputs to project structure, activity codes, logical sequencing.

- Preparation of Organization charts, Logistic Plans, Plant & Machinery Requirement, and Staff Requirement.

- Identify and recommend the need for purchase of items requiring extended delivery time

- Preparation of Monthly Billing Plans Planned Vs Actual-“S”-Curve.

- Preparation of Manpower histogram, Planned Vs Actual usage at project level.

- Preparation of Overall Work Progress report Planned Vs Actual - “S”-Curve (Quantum wise)

- Monitoring of the projects in co-ordination with Site planning Engineers.

- To develop a progress reporting system, variance reports (daily, weekly and monthly).

- To maintain support and back up for EOT /Claims team.

- To identify delays, critical paths and areas of concern and provide corrective actions to achieve milestone dates.

- Provide recovery programs, rescheduling / re-sequencing to enable milestones meet.

- Site meetings with Client team & sub-contractor.

- Weekly & Monthly reporting to Executive Director & President projects.

- Preparation of Tender Schedules

- Train and guide new planners (Primavera). Identify the need and areas where training is required.
