Role Summary: Expertise in commercial contracts, financial documentation, has to have exp in non-litigation and legal advisory

Job Description:

Part of the non-business development, non-litigation team. This team handles all legal matters other land acquisition and major litigation.

Areas of work will include:

a. Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts for all internal departments in Procurement, Strategy, Marketing and Sales;

b. Reviewing financing documentation in connection with all financing transactions entered into by the Group;

c. Assisting in the expansion of the Group's international business;

d. Assisting in group restructuring activities;

e. Advising and responding to legal queries in respect of the day to day business of the Group; and

f. Responding to legal notices.
