- Drive and support Business Development for complex and transformational business opportunities with Enterprise customers in India.
- Activities include customer engagement, developing industry specific expertise and steering deals qualified by this process on need basis,
- Business Development in the arena of Contact Centre, Custom Applications/ Integrations, Managed Services, Cloud Offerings, Professional Services
Customer Engagement :
- Carry out preliminary assessment and then upon qualification of strategic accounts identified by regional Sales Heads in India to build an approach plan for the shortlisted accounts
- Prepare for and moderate exploratory workshops with customer organizations- business leaders (CXOs) under the sponsorship of regional Sales Heads
- Lead discussion with customers on customer's industry trends, critical areas of focus and propose high level technical solution connecting customer's business environment to our solution stack.
- Collate feedback from customer, understand competition portfolio and identify evolving requirements-
- Engage with customers to showcase products /offerings, articulate our value proposition and identify new opportunities which are transformational in nature aimed at enhancing the customer's business value chain
- Develop proposed solutions along with Solutions specialists team to match customer requirements
- Generate deals that can be qualified for the sales, commercial and solutions team to further closure.
Industry Expertise :
- Develop insights into specific industries, key trends impacting their business models and critical technical needs that can solve their business problems.
Enabling Deal Closure :
- Oversee deal progress of identified deals towards closure on a need-to basis by facilitating customer conversations and de-bottlenecking issues at customer end
- Work with internal stakeholders to enable faster closure
- Coordinate with the Product teams to bundle services to meet customer requirements.
Qualification & experience required: :
- MBA + Engineering graduate (computers, electronics and telecommunication) with 7-8 years in sales presales roles - specializing in BFSI and/or manufacturing vertical.
- Have atleast 3-5 years of experience in handling Large Accounts segment.
- Exposure to Enterprise communications services like network connectivity, UCC, Cloud, etc.
- Possessing consultative and techno-commercial skills. Industry focused with high level technical skills to connect customer's business environment to our solution stack.
