Position : DGM/GM Integrated Marketing Communication  Location : New Delhi  Reporting to : Head - Brand & Digital Marketing  Responsibilities :  - Be responsible for creating and managing the Integrated Marketing Communication strategy for the organisation; across locations  - Be responsible for all Marketing and KPIs implementation at circle level across country.  - To manage large geo-dispersed team across locations driving various marketing and brand initiatives  - Be responsible for driving and managing B2C 360 Marketing programs, with regional market focus like local celebrity management, local events coverage, regional specific brand and marketing activities, regional festivals, events, occasions, etc  - Be responsible for managing the Retail Marketing /Trade Marketing (indirect channel/B2C)  - Be responsible for driving structured working approach and understanding of basic principles of brand management across locations  - Building brand focus at Retail in conjunction with operational business requirements for maximum brand visibility.  Candidate Description :  Education, Skills & Experience:  - MBA (Marketing)from a premier institute  - Relevant experience of 8-10 years in managing marketing, brand and IMC for a reputed organisation  - Expert level, Hands-on experience in Retail Marketing /Trade Marketing (indirect channel/B2C)  - Successful track record of creating and managing B2C 360 Marketing programs, with regional market focus  - Ability to manage geo-dispersed teams, drive structured working approach and understanding of basic principles of brand management.  Competencies :  - Creative, out of box thinker  - Strong communication skills  - Strong leadership and analytical skills  - Understanding of digital marketing space across medias, across regions  - Go-getter; with understanding of dealing with change
