- Directs, plans and manages HR Shared Service Center teams in accordance with the strategic direction of Global Shared services teams  - Provides strategic vision to promote efficiencies in process and provide effective HR systems.  - Collaborates with the various teams including HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Expertise (ie Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HRIS, Legal, Finance) to streamline processes to provide best in class HR service delivery  - Leads the Shared Service Center, HRIS and Data Integrity areas to ensure that all processes, systems and databases are accurate, timely and well maintained.   - Identifies opportunities to outsource routine activities / transactions, develops requirements, interviews vendors and makes recommendations accordingly.  - Ensures team structures and responsibilities align with organization objectives to secure appropriate escalation and customer service expectations are met or exceeded.   - Continuously improves existing processes to achieve simplification, efficiency, cost savings and customer satisfaction.  Qualifications and Requirements:  - Requires comprehensive understanding of HR generalist activities along with proven expertise in launching, managing and scaling shared services  - Demonstrable HR generalist / shared services experience with experience at management level  - Master or equivalent degree in Human resources / Business administration   Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements:  - Ability to design and implement processes resulting in great customer experience, with appropriate controls in place  - Proven ability to lead significant change efforts associated with shared services implementation  - Thorough knowledge of Human Resource systems; Exposure to Workday is desirable  - Strong interpersonal skills and Excellent analytical skills  - Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing  - Strong organizational skills; attention to detail  - Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations
