Designation: DGM/GM (Head HR) - Reporting to CEO

Location : Chennai

KRA : This person will be responsible to handled Entire Gamut of HR Department of Manufacturing Plants Located at Different Locations

Experience and Qualification :

Candidate should be Expert in Local language : Tamil

Full Time MBA /MSW with 20 + years in handling HR Plant activities in Manufacturing Industry.

- Formulation and execution of strategic human capital plan in Plant that ensures alignment with the company's strategic objectives and goals.

- Responsible for creating high performing organization by Sound Strategy and deployment plan with clear executable milestones for next three years.

- Leading and Managing Cultural Change across the organization, Leader driven employee engagement and retention through Talent Stewardship and Pay for Performance culture.

End to end automation - SAP - HCM modules leading to clarity, Objectivity,transparency andenabled HR analytics for better decision making.

- Benchmarked various HR interventions to strengthen capability building for the business & enhancing Employee Value Proposition

- Maintaining harmonious Employee relations with streamlined communication processes across all the levels in the business. Created a strong Performance culture through interventions such as using Balance scorecard Based KRAs, Regular Performance Dialogues
