Qualification : CA and or Top ranked MBA (Finance)

Location : NCR (Noida)

Experience : 12 to 14 years.

Job Description:

- Executing the vision of HCL to grow through M&A

- Structure and execute a wide range of complex international and domestic transactions including acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, spin-offs, carve-outs, etc.

- Lead on due diligence, deal negotiations, deal valuation and pricing and preparation of deal documentation to facilitate decision making

- Liaise with legal, tax, HR, sales and secretarial to seamlessly project manage transactions end to end

- Review, comment and advise in relation to legal agreements to effect the transactions

- Must have ability to build excellent links with Bankers, Consultants and PE/VC firms

- Passion for doing research and analysis and trying to do things with attention to detail with an underlying logic

- Mentor and tutor associates and analysts
