Job title : Credit head 	  Business : Financial Services  Supervisor Title/Name : MD   Grade : DGM/GM  Location : Gurgaon	  Basic Function:  - The credit Manager will be responsible for all credit policies for the Company.   - He/she will carry out credit underwriting activities for both dealers and end retail customers for granting of credit.  Responsibilities and accountabilities:  - Responsible for documenting and maintaining the credit policy updated at all times  - Responsible for underwriting of Dealers and retail customers in accordance with the credit policy  - Suggest improvements and changes to the credit underwriting process  - Work with the wholesale and retail groups to understand the needs and improvise according to market trends  - Permanent Credit Committee member and will make recommendations to the committee for approvals  - Responsible for maintaining the credit DOA document updated  - Ensure all approval protocols are being followed before approving disbursement of funds  - Develop and monitor initiatives for effective retail finance penetration with preferred financial partners  - Responsible for engaging, performance of all credit vendors for analysis related to portfolio and consequent metrics  - Work in conjunction with preferred financial partners to offer customers premium service through the development of fast and efficient processes and definition of service levels.  - Monitor portfolio delinquencies and analyze vis a vis the credit granted for continuous improvement  - Continuous competitor bench marking and recommend strategies to maintain competitiveness   Job Requirements and qualifications:  - Degree in Economics or Finance with statistical background  - CA/MBA will be preferred  - 8-10 years with financial services / Banking experience in Retail Financing or in credit environment  - Able to analyze financial statements and cash flows of individuals as well as small to medium companies  - Strong business and commercial acumen.  - Strong analytical, organizational and time management abilities.  - Proven written and verbal skills.  - Strong PC skills  - Able to think and work independently  Additional job requirements (if any):  - Previous underwriting experience in a captive finance organization will be preferred   - Agricultural / Construction Equipment Sector experience will be preferred
