DGM/General Manager - HR Operations - Technology Firm

Required for a Leading Global Technology Company

- A DGM/GM Operations reporting to the CHRO.

- The ideal incumbent should be a Qualified HR professional (MBA- HR Full Time) with around 15 years of experience, of which at least 7 years in a Technology company, preferably with Global Operations.

- The individual should have managed HR Operations at a Pan India level for multiple locations.

- Should have had experience in deploying and usage of HR Systems like SAP (preferred) or Peoplesoft in the organization

- Managed payroll for a large distributed workforce and have experience in managing employee helpdesk for a distributed workforce

- Experienced in developing manpower budgets and tracking Manpower costs and have ability to pull out data from HRMS and analyse it for management reporting

- Good understanding of statutory labour compliance in India.
