DGM - FX MM - Investment Bank

DGM Opening with a large Investment Bank Back Office:

- 7 TO 15 YRS EXPERIENCE IN INVESTMENT BANKING:

- Graduates/MBA's with excellent communication skills.

- Experience of at least 1-2 years in FXMM ( Confirmations/ Settlements, Investigations, Reconciliation & Claims ) and upto 7 -12 years experience in IB Operations.

- Should have a good understanding of Trade LifeCycle and at least one product in general .

- Fairly good understanding of FXMM or IB related products. Good analytical skills.

- Should have an eye for detail and willing to work in shifts. Having worked in a global environment dealing with counterparts globally, will be an added advantage.

- Should have a good understanding of Risk and its mitigating steps - People Management skills are are must .

- Prior experience in doing Process Excellence or Quality projects are desirable - Should be willing to either work in Pune or Hyderabad as required

- Will manage a team of 30 to 50 people. Ready to work in shifts.
