DGM - Development Head - IT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

- To Design, develop and maintain Enterprise applications as per critical business requirements.

- To lead and manage a team of software developers on, supporting them in development of optimized, robust and innovative software solutions for various business requirements

- Develop long term strategy and define objectives for Application Development team in alignment with company's goals and objectives, and to improve the quality of the service it delivers internally and externally.

- Plan, Schedule and Monitor Ongoing projects and ensure successful implementation as per defined timelines and within budget

- Responsible for the Software Development quality and technical architecture design as per Information Security Guidelines approach taken by team members, ensuring it is inline with the company strategy - and that projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Working experience in Setup, development and deployment of modules in BaaN IV ERP, Infor LN, Enovia PLM, IBM BPM, Microsoft SharePoint, ASP .net, Embedded System development

Hands on experience in Setup and Configuration of SQL Server, BI, Integration architecture
