DGM - Corporate HR - Manufacturing

We are currently hiring a DGM - Corporate HR for Large size Manufacturing organisation to be based out of Pune.

This Position is responsible to ensure achievement of the business objectives by providing HR solutions which are aligned to the HR Strategy. To facilitate development of various HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures. To ensure effective implementation of the HR policies and OD interventions in the Corporate Functions.

Establish and lead the Recruitment policy and practices necessary to recruit & retain talent.

Ensure timely recruitment and to implement the Recruitment policy, processes and monitor its adherence

Facilitate preparation of Job Descriptions for all positions across Corporate Functions

Develop a resume data bank and ensure its periodic updation

Ensure orientation program is conducted for all the new joinees to ensure smooth transition on the job

To participate in Job Evaluation exercises and maintain repository of Job levels across the organization

Implement and administer the developed PMS for Corporate Functions in a timely, correct and effective manner

Ensure correct processing of PMS data and present it with recommendations of promotions, salary corrections etc.

Analyse & present the training need requirements from PMS

Implement Talent Talk Process as per guidelines & draw a road map for career path and succession planning in Corporate Functions

To facilitate development of various HR policies and SOPs as per the requirements

Devise and implement Employee Retention strategies to reduce employee turnover & enhance engagement

Administer Employee Engagement Survey and prepare action plan in Corporate Functions.

Prepare & Implement Reward & Recognition scheme for Corporate functions

Ensure exit interview conducted for all separating employees in Corporate functions and submit analysis on periodic basis

Ensure statutory compliances at Corporate office.

Liaisoning with Govt. authorities as required.
