DGM - Corporate Finance - CA - Automotive/Healthcare/Pharma

Role and Designation : DGM - Corporate Finance

Location : Corporate office, Bangalore

Reporting to : Sr. General Manager-Finance and indirectly to CFO .

Academic Qualifications : Qualified Chartered Accountant

Post qualification experience :

- 15 years in reputed listed companies

- Working knowledge on SAP

- Expert knowledge on Accounting standards (IND AS)

- Excellent communication skills

- Exposure to Treasury function and Tax will help.

Key responsibilities :

- Responsible for Controller function

- Responsibility for Statutory reporting including consolidated Accounts -Monthly/quarterly/annual

- Oversight/interface with Management reporting

- Responsible for compliance for Internal Financial controls (IFC)

- Coordinate all Finance SOPs and compliance

- Oversee Fixed Assets Accounting and control process

- Oversight over Direct and Indirect Tax compliance

- Support compliance process

- Oversee Accounting and compliance process for Employee Benefits
