DGM - Contracts - Real Estate

We need a person with experience in Contracts/Material Procurement/Billing for a Leading Real Estate Group with following skill set/experience :

- BTech Civil with atleast 14 years of experience

- Handling tendering, Material procurement and Billing process for the larger projects for the entire region.

- Handling contract and procurement administration on the larger scale.

- Estimation and Preparation of B.O.Q’s for the different projects.

- Coordinate with Project Heads, hand in hand on the estimation, COC, Contracts, Procurement and Billing process.
