Compensation and benefits managers are the human resource specialists that hold the purse strings. Essentially they are in charge of designing, developing, implementing and managing salary, bonus and benefits packages for the employees of an organ
- Analyze Compensation Structure, Review & Recommend Amendments periodically when necessary by Analyzing Emerging Trends, Industry Norms &Practices.
- Constant monitoring, evaluating and benchmarking of Compensation and Benefits policies and practices to maintain competitiveness.
- Implement a rewarding and competitive compensation and benefits policy for respective region.
- Handle Company Payroll.
- Assist in Compensation fixation & recommend CTC offer to selected candidates for senior roles at Group Level.
- Liaise and consult with regional HR business partner to establish corporate policies and centralized processes.
- Consult with and provide expert advice to HR Business Partners of sub-group Companies on Compensation and Benefits issues (e.g. annual increments, promotions and transfers)
- Conduct Compensation Surveys and bench mark Company structure with comparable Organizations.
- Provide analysis and produce analytic reports and presentation material.
- Design and Maintain Benefits programs.
- Provide analysis and produce analytic reports and presentation material.
- Educate Managers and HR partners on Compensation and Benefits philosophy, policies and practices.
- Interface withFinance and IT in relation to queries, as well as to ensure good working relationships
Education and Qualifications :
- Post Graduate /MBA, Specialised experience in Compensation & Benefits Startegy
