- Responsible for the quality and timeliness of compensation and benefits service delivery across functions/ locations which would include Annual Appraisals, Sales Incentive, Compensation Surveys, Compensation Realignments, Advanced Analytics and MIS , Salary fixations and Grade fitments, Training & Advising Regional HR/Business Managers on C & B matters etc.
- Responsible for the design and administration of a fair and equitable total reward system.
- Devise & deploy Competitive and Effective compensation & benefits plans in sync with the compensation philosophy and cost scheme of the organisation.
- Interact with line HR at regular intervals on compensation & benefits related policies and trends.
- Advise salary/grade on hires and ensure compliance.
- Advise compensation fitment/structure on confirmations, transfers and grade changes.
