Our client is a 2000+ crore turnover Market leading stock listed interior building material co. with 7 plants, 5000+ employees working PAN India, H.Q.in Kolkata operating from 32 branches having operations both in India and 50 countries worldwide.   Our client is looking for a suitable candidate for their sales & marketing team a business strategy and planning specialist reporting to the country manager and Managing director of the company, based at Kolkata.   Job will involve :   - Identifying & developing new products to be launched, its feasibility analysis in Indian Market.   - Planning for new products launches, its strategy formulation, devising the road map.   - Formalizing the annual sales plan, product pricing, profitability & proposition, sales processes etc. for the new products.   Client is looking for candidates B.Tech (IITs/ NITs/ BIT) + MBA Only From Top 10 B Schools (Must) with min.5 yrs of POST QUALIFICATION experience. working in business strategy & planning development function attached to top management professionals.   MUST HAVES:  1. Engineering + MBA only from top 10 premier b schools from India.  2. Min. 5 years post MBA experience.  3. Candidates from product/service based industry pref. from building material.  4. In 5 years should have not changed more than 2 jobs.  5. Experience in product development is mandatory.   6 .Excellent presentation, communication & analytical skills must.
