Job Description :
Major responsibilities of the position will be as follows:
- To design and drive the talent management initiatives for all talent cohorts that fit with the organization's long-term vision.
- To design and manage succession - identifying key positions/groups, competencies, assessments and chalking out learning & development plans, implementation and evaluation.
- To develop and implement various people development programs that supports the organization's growth strategy.
- To drive Performance Management System by carrying out the annual goal setting exercise, goal cascading, establishing KRAs and run the on line Performance appraisal cycle.
- To design various OD and cultural change initiatives and implement them in alignment with the organization's transformation plans.
- Coach and advise line managers and business leaders for creating a robust talent strategy and enablers to drive talent experience and engagement
- To create and implement a roadmap for digitization transformation and create a spirit of digital branding across all areas of human resources.
Experience :
- relevant experience of 14-18 years with extensive experience across various verticals of Human Resources like Talent Management, PMS, Digitization, OD etc.
Education qualification :
- Full time MBA in Human Resources from Tier I, II institute.
- Exposure to organization development, talent management, succession planning, PMS and HR digitization
- Experience in complex, multi-site organization in manufacturing, auto sector
