The Candidate Must have -
- 2 Year Full Time MBA from Organization of repute.
- 12-15 years Post Qualification experience in Employee Relations, particularly in Multi Union Organization, recruitment, PMS and training. Must have very sound knowledge of Labour Laws and its implementation.
- Sound communication skill and dynamic and positive mindset.
