Position is at DGM/ AGM level.  Education : MBA/ PG Diploma in Business Management  Experience : 10 - 14 Years of FMCG sales & marketing experience  Location : Kolkata  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  1. Candidate must have sound knowledge & understanding of Sales & Marketing function in the Modern Retail market. An excellent communicator having loads of patience to listen and have the confidence to succeed in a competitive environment. Must have perseverance to endure and the will to overcome all odds, come whatever the situation. He must be excellent in people relations & capable to lead a team impartially. He must be fair to all with an eye for detail. The position requires travelling ( minimum 15 days a month )  2. Candidate must be a graduate with a post graduate degree / diploma in Business Management from a premium institute with 10 - 14 years experience in FMCG Sales & Marketing domain. The position is based at Kolkata. referred age-group is 35 - 40 years.
