Procurement Specialist cum Deputy Project Manager

Job Description:

- Engineering /Commerce graduate (preferably with post graduate degree/diploma).

- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement of goods, works and consultancy services

- Experience in managing transport projects is preferable.

Skills Required:

- Must have direct experience of applying the World Bank's or other donor Procurement policies and guidelines and be able to reference examples of such experience.

- Good knowledge of project planning, monitoring, and management techniques

- Excellent analytical and report writing skills

- It would be desirable for the Deputy Project Manager to have similar skills as the Project Manager

This position will be deployed full-time in Guwahati in Assam.
